LEGAL NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE 2024 TENTATIVE ROLL GRIEVANCE DAY NOTICE
(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the New York State Real Property Tax Law)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor of the Town of Northampton. County of Fulton and State of
New York has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year.
A certified copy of said roll is filed in the Town Clerk’s office, 412 South Main Street, Northville, New
York and will be available for inspection and may be seen and examined by any interested person during
the Town Clerk’s regular scheduled work hours. Assessment rolls are also published online at:
http:// www.fultoncountyny.gov on the Real Property Tax Map Department page.
The assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll at the Town Municipal Building,
412 South Main Street, Northville, New York on:
Monday, May, 13 & 20, 2024: 10am-2pm
Tuesday, May, 7, 14 & 21 2024: 10am-2pm
Wednesday, May 1, 8 & 22 2024: 10am-2pm
Thursday, May 2,9 & 23, 2024: 10am-2pm
Friday, May 10 & 24, 2024: 10am-2pm
Evening & Saturday appointments are available

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 28, 2024
between the hours of 1pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at the Town Municipal Building, 412 South Main Street,
Northville, New York to hear examinations to all complaints in relations to assessments, on the
application of any person believing himself or herself to be aggrieved.
